Melissa Rose knew she wanted to pursue a career in marketing by the age of 15 after completing an advertising project in art class. Since math wasn't her forte, she majored in Journalism and minored in Marketing in college to avoid having to take advanced math classes. If the whole marketing gig didn't work out, her back up plan was to win the lottery and become a carpenter despite her lack of knowing how to build anything whatsoever.

In her spare time, Melissa enjoys fixing things even though she still doesn't know how, leaving many unfixed projects around her house. She gives herself lots of kudos though.

Melissa and her daughter, Sydney, are very involved in their community and believe in giving their time to volunteer to those who need it. They live in Phoenix with their four dogs, Maddie, Rodney, Dippy and Dooey and their cat, Bob.

Reba Rose studied graphic design at the Los Angeles Art Center School and Chouinard Art Institute. She worked for many years as a senior designer for a design firm in Los Angeles. After her daughters were grown and off to college she took a position in product development with an international genetics company. Reba, who lives in Scottsdale, is very involved in her community with political, business and charitable groups.

Upon the loss of her beloved miniature schnauzer, Ms. Bubba, of 13 years she just got a new miniature schnauzer puppy named Blanche. She works full time for Biz in a Boxx, and in her spare time she is desperately trying to keep Blanche from chewing up her entire house.

After many years in corporate America, Andi Fox finally hung up her pantyhose and joined the Biz in a Boxx team where she's enjoying directing the marketing of a fun and beneficial product for kids.

Andi is thrilled to finally understand the product specs she's marketing since her years in the corporate arena involved all kinds of crazy insurance, complex financial products and telecommunications.

Andi is very happy to bring the talents and experience she has to the marketing of Biz in a Boxx. "This is a great product for kids and teens to ensure not only their individual successes, but the country's as well." Andi can't wait until her grandchildren are old enough for their own Biz in a Boxxes so they can run their own businesses and support her in her old age in a style to which she would like to be accustomed.
